Need a license to run a raffle now. Wilnot township wanted half proceeds for car show in Baden before organizers canned it. All money was going to charity too. It was on private property as well. Now only money made is on food supplied by optimist club and it's only food vendor allowed inside property. 

Not a bad idea! The trail closed signs however don't work well in our rural farming area. Quite a few riders pay no attention to them as they seem to have entitlement to ride where they want to.
