Back home after a great few days at the cottage. Family ski day Friday, my little guy is officially done with bunny hills, 26 runs on the chairlift. 360km of riding Saturday and this morning. Saturday morning with my brother and Saturday afternoon my son joined us for 120km. I made a set of handlebars (heated) for him, they worked out great and cost me $64. Plug into the cigarette lighter so easy to switch between tcat and viper. This morning my brother and I got out early, conditions were great, back at the cottage before lunch and the melt. Luckily it was overcast for most of the weekend and kept things from melting quite as fast. Hoping for snow, not rain this week!
Took a rip today from Kincardine up to Skinner's Bluff and back. Always lots of road running up there, and now it's just wet gravel that your skis sink into. Hopefully we get more in after this mild spell
Didn’t plan to ride but….125 kms today, Bridgeport to Conestogo Lake. Some grooming over night. Over all still decent but bare patches showing and whooped out from traffic in the afternoon.
That is trail R11, just south of E south of Smiths falls. Had lunch there at wild wings. Cool old polaris. Glad ur dad is ok. I layed mine on its side last month. Never before did that, just left my lazy butt in the sadle as I went over a snowbank on an angle. Wife had a good laugh.
