No idea ? But for where and how much I actually fly I'm not too worried about if it does have to be registered. 

Snowtrax last night did a blurb on riding around Lake Placid.  They don't have that episode posted to YouTube yet though to put in here.  Gives some info of the are and places to stay and eat

Yes Tug Hill is a great area.  There is a trail that takes you to the Olympic Centre of Lake Placid.  Arenas, skating oval, Olympic Museum, etc.  Will be staying in a different city but plan is to ride into Lake Placid for a day.

3 years beyond factory warranty. I think many engine failures are in sleds that are pinned often and for long periods.
