Me and one other guy rode from Strathroy club house to Huntsville Parry sound and back in I think 2015  hasn’t been possible since . 

Big hole in the map around Brechin now. The wife’s parents live in Uptergrove and we’ve ridden that side of Simcoe a couple of times.

The wife and I rode down to Turkey Point 10-12 years ago just to say we did it. The trail is only opens down there about every 4-5 years. I think they were open for about a week that time.   I did a loop one day around Strathroy with some guys one time for the same reason.     I Regret buying that Fusion 900 in 2005.  

Some old guys in our neighborhood rode from home, Forest area to Whitney-LSP area a few times over the years. Always said I would do it one day…2.5-3 day ride about 750 km by sled. Will have to be one awesome winter to ever do it again. Trail network not what it was 20-25 yrs ago. 

We got around 3-4" in Haliburton over the past 24 hrs or so. No frost in the ground so the upcoming cold snap will be good to firm and freeze things back up.
