Yes Marriott is good. Hart of Muskoka is a reasonable motel on trail between Ghurst and Bbridge. Sledder friendly.

Thanks for the info. Booked room at the Marriott in Gravenhurst, saved about $45.00 with th ofsc discount. Trail is right there, snowcrest riders are having a club ride. Will join up with them. Have a good weekend.

Glad it worked out for you. Further north, consider Comfort Inn Huntsville.  Access off Fairy Lake, cut through the Canadian Tire parking lot (gas available); hotel is across the street.

They had a snowmobile rate - call ahead for price.

We stayed there last winter on our RAN tour. Crabby Joes for eats is just down the street. LCBO is across the road if "resupply" is needed.

Thanks again. Will probably be making a couple more trips to where the snow is. Not looking good in the south.

Ya know, Revrnd has an incredible hotel (and distance) database. It's in his 'signature" above.

Or click here -http://www.sleddersworld.com/departments/ontarioDB/  (and choose the box on the right)

Heading up north myself tomorrow - launch from Parry Sound (thanks Wildbill) and chasing good snow for 150-200 kms. Back Sunday. Fingers crossed.
