Ride Details:
Check in at the Whitfield Inn @ 7:30 AM Saturday June 14th, ride departs at 9 AM Sharp!
Lunch in Sprucedale from 11:00 till 1:00, all riders to be back at the Whitfield by 5PM.
Ride will start on the Seguin Trail and head east towards Sprucedale (for lunch and fuel).
On the way there we will be heading off the Seguin onto a loop trail that will take us past the old historic locomotive boiler.
After lunch we will be heading off the Seguin again to do another loop and then back west to our dinner stop. It promises to be a fun filled guided day on the trails.
This ride will be a variety of mixed terrain, plan on hitting some mud!

Cost is $55 (P2P Season Pass holders), $70 (non Pass holders) Passengers $30
Price includes Trail Side Lunch and Dinner and One Hand of Cards
(Extra Hands are $10)

I did this ride a couple of years ago and it was a great time. We left from the Jolly Roger then. A lot of people stayed at the KOA which is right on the trail. I was able to rent one of their small cabins. It's surprising how smooth the Seguin is in the winter and how rough it can get once the snow is gone.

 It's surprising how smooth the Seguin is in the winter and how rough it can get once the snow is gone.

There are sections of the Hastings Heritage Trail that are mogulled pretty bad in the summer. Needs quite a bit of snow to "flatten" out the trail. A couple of spots I couldn't believe the size of the rocks proruding from the sand.
