  1. I agree did mine this morning also. Easy as can be.
  2. We bought some last year from the local tack shop, to use for my wifes horses if you can imagine. There regular price was TSC's sale price, and the tack shop had them in stock, instead of waiting for a rain check like most TSC sales in our area.
  3. D & D is now Eclipse Automation. http://www.eclipseautomation.com/eclipse-automation-acquires-dd-automation-to-grow-epcm-controls-engineering/
  4. Im thinking $40 isnt a high enough estimate. 2 2018 sleds, a 2017 sled, and a 2019 Triton trailer. Each one of them is well over $10 a piece Im guessing
  5. Police are investigating after 3 sleds and a Triton trailer were stolen in Brussels https://blackburnnews.com/midwestern-ontario/midwestern-ontario-news/2019/09/17/40000-worth-snowmobiles-equipment-stolen-brussels/
  6. Ya, WIndsor and Thunder Bay in the same region???
  7. Great to hear. Truck and trailer due in July, will likely still get the combo inspected, just to make sure my wife is safe with the horses inside, but now I don't need the sticker, and all the other stuff regarding different trailers I pull

    OFSC REPORT

My wife and daughter ride horses. I'm sure that the results in that sport would be flipped 180 * in gender respondents
  9. I think its just a steel tube used as a riser.
  10. For comparison I have a 2010 Grand Touring Se, somewhat a similar sled, with the same motor in it. I think I paid $8000 from a dealer 3 years ago for it. (all checked over, and ready to ride) The dealer included a brand new trailering cover as well. I have a few less, maybe 1000 km, on mine now. It had approx 7500- 8000 on it when i bought it
  11. I also said If the club doesn't have enough respect for the hut to replace a broken light bulb, or to have a stove pipe replaced etc... why should I. I will lite the stove, and sweep up if the tools necessary to do it are there. I don't carry around on my sled a broom, shovel, kindling, and firewood. I do however carry matches and paper to light a stove should the facility exist that permits it. What is to appreciate in a hut where I cant warm up and the lights don't work
  12. Most of the time, the isn't anything available to use to clean it up. No broom, no firewood/kindling/matches available to light the stove. If its available, I use, bring an armload of firewood in etc... Be careful who you accuse of not doing their part. I'm vice Pres of our club, cook at every wing night, and stake 8 km of field trail every year.
  13. 40 years on the trail. Perry always says, if you look after the Hut, the Hut will look after itself. 5 mins a day to light the stove, and sweep the floor. If you show up and the place is neat, you will likely leave it nice and neat. I've been in many huts where the lights don't work, the leaves from the fall are still in a corner, the stove is cold, (if the stove pipes are still attached, and haven't been stolen,) and there are broken chairs etc... all around. Why would I bother to clean up, if the club cant. (not that I leave a mess) Don't worry PLC Its unfortunate, but I think there are enough empties every year to cover the costs. Especially when the trails are only open 4 days a year
  14. My neighbor has a warming hut on the trail . Stove is always lit when trails are open, and all the locals know it as well. The chimney goes through a heated washroom on the back of the shed. He uses that money to cover things such as toilet paper, and other small essentials the the hut uses throughout the winter.
  15. Since someone on Kijiji is gonna ask, I might as well also. Would you take $5000, and trade for a 1963 boat that leaks, motor does not run, and has been at the bottom of the lake for 6 years. You would have to remove from the lake.
  16. Never been there or know anything about it
  17. http://www.bedbreakfasthome.com/52millstreet/?from=listing Looks like Milverton still current. Never stayed there, just live nearby and found this on the web
