  1. Thats probably the way its going to be unless you want to change the weights out. My buddy did that to his and he likes it better but the launch control doesnt really work. He is ok with that.
  2. I dont own one but 2 friends of mine have 900Rs 1 Mach, 1 X package. They both are quite happy with the sled but both of them were expecting more performance wise. A properly set up BRP 850 will show the 900 its tail lights and a new 850 Polaris will dust both of them. 1 is keeping his for another season, the other is going back to an 850. I am going away next week with the guy with the X. I told him I would like to try it for at least 50kms. I am sure it will be awesome on the big northern Ontario trails.
  3. St Onge told me that they took 100 deposits yesterday and will have their entire allotment sold by the 23rd which is technically the first day that BRP will allow the dealers to create the order certificate. They will not sell to someone who is not a previous customer and/or someone who does not live in their trading area because they want to make previous customers and locals their #1 priority.
  4. I will let you know how this goes. We are booked with these guys for next Tuesday. I have a wash bay with a heated garage waiting for me on Tuesday night in Chapleau if the machines get too dirty.
  5. Just walked in the door. 280kms on for the day. Tons of traffic considering it is Tuesday. Trails around were excellent with the exception of the Blyth area. Sled getting pulled into the garage and thawed out/checked over before we head to Timmins on Monday to start our tour.
  6. We are heading up there on Monday for 5 days.
  7. I am taking today off and going for a ride. It might be my first and last ride from my back door this year.
  8. I talked to my dealer tonight and he said it will be MSRP + surcharge for 90% of their deals. A long time VIP customer might get a few hundred off but thats it. They are so limited on models for next year that they cant give them away. He also figures that they will be sold out of MY23s by next weekend.
  9. That screen is nice but it is not worth $1500 to me. Has anyone noticed that the early order warranty has dropped to 2 years? I will wait to see what Polaris offers in a couple of weeks before decide if I am ordering anything for next season.
  10. I will be there next Wed and can confirm location.
  11. Once Go Performance in Dorchester closed and the lack of another sled oriented Polaris dealer in Southern Ontario I switched to Doo after 20+ years on Polaris. I still really cant think of one that would really stand out as a great dealer south of Barrie? That being said, unless BRP has something dramatically new for 23, I wouldnt be surprised if I was back on a Polaris next season.
  12. 02-23-SKI-UNT-US.pdf $250 PGA credit and $500 towards a 23 as long as you take delivery of your 22.
  13. I think we will just go Cochrane to Dub and turn around. I really wanted to see HH.
  14. Just got the call from dealer. Speedo is in - sled will ready for pickup tomorrow after lunch
  15. PM me the details please. I will forward to a buddy who is looking for one.
  16. Who is your dealer? They are the ones who are jerking you around. BRP credits the dealer back the Spring Break deposit upon warranty registration
  17. I could see the HH guys pulling the pin after this year after this news. No way is there enough traffic up there if you cannot do "the loop".
  18. This is going to really hurt the guys in Chapleau and Halfway Haven. I bet they lose 50% of their traffic with that trail closed.
  19. I need to start re-routing my trip planned for the 21st now.
  20. Sounds like they built everything as much as possible and are now making it the dealers problem to complete them. The list of missing parts is quite large. My speedo apparently is on BO for 2 more weeks. I told my dealer that I dont want any hard feelings but if the sled isnt ready to be picked up on the 10th I am out. My group of guys is heading out on the 11th for a trip and it will be the 3rd ride that I will have missed if the sled isnt ready to go. Spyder production starts shortly and BRP is already forewarning dealers that they will be missing parts as well.
  21. My buddy at St Onge said that all of their sleds are "built" whatever that means? He said everything that still has to arrive is showing as missing parts.
  22. What model did you get? Probably a good call to pass on the Enduro. My buddy at St Onge said he doesnt even think that his 900 Enduros will be built. They are his only machines that are not built as of Friday. He will find out on Tuesday for sure as the line is shut down for year at the end of the day on Monday.
  23. If my sled was just built and is only #25, that tells me that there are too many SKUs offered from BRP. Seadoo had quite a few models trimmed from their line up for MY 22. I wont be surprised to see several models or versions of sleds disappear next year to help streamline production.
