Yes Ontario needs a version of this. The Que gov't is very heavily involved with snowmobiling and we should have that also here in Ontario! Perhaps the involvement of the MNRF is also due. We need more CO coverage from them and a CO has more authority than an OPP officer. Maine has a large presence of COs on the trails.
