  1. Did I miss something, you bought a Mach?
  2. I have no idea. apparently there was a spare groomer for the local clubs but it was already lent out. I know of at least a couple people who have called OFSC to complain, but were told it's a local club issue 😒
  3. Not sure if you have seen my other post, but we have no Groomer yet in Pointe Au Baril, very sad. Been out for repairs since last summer, drags are sitting here, operator is anxious to go, we have been dumped on several times. I see people riding them anyways. If you look at interactive trail map it's our local club's section that is still red. Snowing here again 😒
  4. Only problem I see with this is once you modify ski holes for Snow Trackers you won't be able to go back
  5. Thanks, appreciate the info. Very much dislike what it's doing. Was going to sell the wife's Blizzard and let her ride the Mach for the few times she goes out (she hates the throttle on the Renegade), but there is no way she will drive this. My apologies to Gadgetman for high-jacking his thread.
  6. Put a few klicks on my Mach yesterday, immediately noticed a slow speed, light throttle surging....whah,whah,whah,whah...for lack of a better description. 10-15 kilometers an hour, 3800ish rpms, very annoying, sounds embarrassingly sickly. Tried it in ECO mode, a little better but still there. It's actually primary clutch releasing and hooking up, jerks sled. Dealer doesn't know, said they've never heard of this problem Going to put a few more miles on it, then back (2hrs each way) to dealer if problem persists
  7. Awesome review, sure it will help others with a decision. Glad to see you have some decent trails, I'm jealous 🙂
  8. Supposedly they are, have been busy with a home project but hope to put some miles on it this week and will let you know.
  9. This about sums my feelings towards the Weather Meteorologists Enjoy your wings, drooling just reading this!
  10. You would think so, not really sure what the heck's going on. It's a real shame as we have a significant amount of snow here now, should make for some good trails
  11. Just back from a trip down to Parry Sound, saw lots of sleds riding closed trails between Parry Sound and Pointe Au Baril. Carling groomers are working but our North East Georgian bay Groomer situated out of Pointe Au Baril is, and apparently has been since last July, still in Sudbury for repairs. Last word is that both mechanics at repair facility now have Covid 🥵
  12. Got her home, fully functional short of the DESS system
  13. Wouldn't you think???? Apparently there is a spare groomer but it had previously been loaned out to somebody 🥵
  14. If they were to perhaps offer some credit towards accessories, or something, it would at least make us feel like they care. Absolutely, but understand their just trying to get you the sled....maybe THEY should buy you the missing ski's from Royal. Ah, not the kind of statement you want to put in print, will come back to haunt you!! 😁
  15. Carling Groomer is indeed out, packing and grooming. Snowing here again, should really help. On a sad note our local NEGB Groomer still hasn't shown up from summer repairs in Sudbury, operator is anxious to get going, really good guy
  16. I heard the Carling groomer was out yesterday, I'm heading to PS this morning, will have a look and see, fingers crossed
  17. FANTASTIC!!! Happy wife, happy.....well you know!
  18. Really just sad when you have to worry about helping another human being
  19. Yea I'm a bit surprised, was in Parry Sound yesterday, usually Carling is grooming out of Nobel by this time, not sure what's going on. Still haven't seen the groomer arrive in Pointe Au Baril, drags are here
  20. I don't think so. There has been a real lack of snow in the bushes, son and I run bush and swamps from home and knocked over a thousand bull rushes so far.......that is until today, got seriously dumped on and it's started again. Realistically there is 6-8 inches of fresh snow, should be no excuses now
  21. North East Georgian Bay but there is a close association with Carling
  22. Getting seriously dumped on here north of Parry Sound, hopefully the Groomer arrives from the repair facility, operator is anxious to get going
  23. Bummer but certainly understand. Wonder how many others will do the same?
