Funny part is I had two bad experiences with same dealer. One with sled and second on a ventrac tractor.  Long storey short they told me tractor was brand new. Long storey short the other dealer were it was in inventory thought it be ok to plow yard apply sand and salt with it 😂. Never seen so much rust on a new tractor. Not all dealers are bad but this one is. Not going back anytime soon. Switching to Polaris no good brp dealers near me any more.  I got a new ventrac from Deys in late spring fantastic service and it was actually brand new 👌

I haven’t ever had a bad dealer experience.   It can’t go up for me, I think that’s my concern.

My Polaris dealer is amazing.  Gets me in and out quick.      

Not a statement it's my experience. They should be taking appointments. That way it should be. Told me be a few days took over three weeks, then they parked sled in snow bank over Xmas holidays 😂.
