    • It's there already. What needs to change is heavier penalties and costs awards levied against the ambulance chasing lawyers and professional claimants.
    • Yes, but the municipalities have the "minimum maintenance standards" to follow, which is favorable for them and good 1st line of defence against suits, so long as they're meeting them.   That said, at some point people seem to think the expectation is bare/dry all day everyday.   Ridiculous
    • Big storm south of the boarder this evening. 
    • Very much an Ontario problem that I think can be repaired by changing or adjusting the rules.  Time to make new legal precedent’s that make more sense. 
    • Yep, people need a wake up and be told frankly what you are asking is not realistic - this is it, end of story.  Stop coddling residents, or anyone for that matter.    I really hope the new Fed government that will be in power soon will hold true to this approach on many levels, exercise it and many other levels of government will follow the same path to end this silliness that has gone on for too long.
