Brother in law lives right beside that.   It is a poor excuse for a road.  Graded once a summer, but hasn't seen gravel in 20 years.   Even a good rain in the summer and people get stuck.

Not yet, still have to keep it for when the 3rd child is ready lol. She’s only 5 so I’ll be holding onto it for a while yet.

yep, I don’t mind introducing them to the sport and we do need more of it, but they’re definitely on their own if they want to upgrade.  Having said that, it’s certainly hard for most families to even just get by these days. A lot of people simply don’t have any concept of, or know how to manage their money. Unfortunately, most people just live way beyond their means and don’t realize they have a spending problem until it’s too late. We haven’t adjusted our monthly budget in like 5-6yrs, we’ve just reduced our spending on wasteful crap, don’t eat out anymore, don’t take trips down to warmer climates, quit drinking etc.  Even though prices have increased dramatically on goods and services, we’ve made adjustments in our living standards to compensate for it, so we’re still able to draw the same amount each month and live comfortably.
