Even basic home maintenance costs are getting out of hand. If I had to hire the corresponding contractors at a minimum of $100 per hour plus service call/consultation fee's it would easily be $1000. And that is a conservative estimate.
Our kids dont stand a chance if they dont have family that can afford to invest in their futures.
