    • Yup.  Still mainly white here, but not much base left.  Any low spot has water in it    Big difference from this morning till this evening.
    • From what I could see on a rural drive this afternoon, we are pretty much starting over west of Waterloo. Plowed fields have no snow and  there are a lot of bare areas on  the trails in grass and crop fields. Low areas and ditches/creeks have lots of water.
    • Anyone notice the gentle breeze out there? Let's hope the trees didn't!   May cause a set back if they did. Having said that, I believe, in my area, all the weaker trees are already down from the March Ice Storm and the freezing rain a couple of weeks ago. Fingers crossed.
    • Heading north, if you turn right off the main drag just before the railway station and go across the tracks, there is a large parking area on the right hand side where we have left a truck/trailer in past years for a week.  Its used in the summer for vehicles with boat trailers. Google street view will show it.
    • Everything is still white here. (Lakefield/Buckhorn) Lost a good chunk but there is still have enough around my place to run the sled. Was a bitch getting up my driveway today! All ice/slush but not down to the gravel.   Getting 5-10cms tmo. It will help.   The bad. The known wet areas/swamps will be be wet. Good cold air doesn't look like it arrives until Thurs so may take a bit to freeze up those wet spots. That sucks!   The good. There won't be any air left in the snow!! Should be a good hard thick base(that's what she said😉) come next weekend.
