    • All will be known Oct/Nov 2026!   So what would this season have looked like without the trails slated to be gone, actually gone based on the great snow year? - less permit buyers - doubt it - less broken groomers - highly likely - overall less enjoyment of the overall system - I don’t think so because there was so much yelling and green on the map this year   Now take away the great winter we had again, that changes a whole lot including likely having some extra money left over money after the dust settles with less groomers on the move.   Permit increase has to be max amount, nothing less. Maybe some provincial money again, but properly planned ahead.
    • That’s a secret!   Go to a club meeting!   And it’s still a secret!
    • Falls back to what I was rambling on about 7 months ago. What is the "plan" moving forward?
    • One would hope not. If it did happen the OFSC decision makers would be well advised not to again tell the clubs they have to re-open the trails that the same clubs just closed. I believe the decision makers would quickly be told to shove it if that happened.
    • So basically sledding is broken in Ontario!  Sell the sleds!   Move on?   Were groomer fleets reduced this year?   Or is that now this year we will see the same BS for months?   Hopefully increased trail permit price and greater MTO support early on.
