Appears to be semi open.     Renting cottages more than anything.     I see on their FB page they are offering monthly cottage rentals over the winter.    

LOL, ya people tend to scope out the field in the main parking lot as trucks and trailers roll into the place early in the morning looking to make first tracks, see what people have, etc.... The excitement of going there so early in season years ago was fun, like a fat kid in a candy store kind of thing....making that drive up the snow covered curvy road into the forest at the top of hill!  

I keep watching and waiting. My sled always lives on a single open trailer and I have 3 blocks to cover before I drop and hit my preferred trails. Having to invest in an enclosed trailer and run out of town to unload would require more effort than I care to bother with. The older I get, the simpler I like things. 

My local trail that was gone just returned. Yay.

Haven’t been there or in that area for years! Love it sound there. Great trails, great accommodations, and great hospitality
