It is a red foot bridge just one sled wide. The cables that support it are connected to rods sticking out of the ground at each end are in very bad condition.
Based on a google search, I would say the bridge in this town is out so the trail is closed.....seems as though it would be a big impact to run along the south side of the St Lawrence.

If you do a google street view from the road bridge in this town, you see a red bridge just up the river that must be the one that is in need of repair....looks like a longer one with no supports.
Can someone mark on the map where this new problem is?
We are tentatively going to Gaspe in Feb and if we cant ride a lot of the good stuff I would rather go somewhere else.
