dirtybeacher
lets hope D8 holds on after todays forecasted rains - I've only turned less than 100km this year, and I don't have the time to trailer north.
Wildbill
And even this winter there would have been enough snow that the snow garrantee would not have paid off.

dweese
I wonder at what point a club just says screw it, even if a late storm rolls in and drops 20 or 30cm.... My club hasn't seen enough snow to even clean off the groomer, let alone firing it up and heading for the trails. For the last month, the 14day forecast has been saying 30+cm in the works 6-7 days out but it turns in to a dusting or nothing... Say they are right for once and we get hit with a late winter storm, wonder if the club would try to open for a few weeks or just say to hell with it until next year....And if they don't does the OFSC ask for any of the unused permit dollars back, or does the club hold on to them for next year? just wondering because this is the second year in the last 4 the club has been washed out for snow and not opened up a single KM of trail. The other 2 years, they had more snow than they could handle, and ran at 100% open for 8weeks or more..
blakesnowcrest
They must be pulling a lot of snow of the side and onto the trail
