The first club trails opened on January 21st (B103 and the B112). Within a few days there were enough trails opened to do a 100 Km loop. While most of the trails were open soon after, all the trails did not achieve "OPEN" status until February 12th and they went from "OPEN" to "LIMITED" to "CLOSED", within three days, with all trails closed March 12th. Four weeks fully open, and just about six weeks of ride-able trails. Almost a carbon copy of last year. Trails opened last year around Jan15th and closed March 19th but should have been closed a week before that. Last year was lousy up here too, while most of S/W Ontario had well above average snow! The best season in recent history was 2008/2009 with sixteen weeks of ride-able trails! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
