Bark Biter
Started out yesterday am from the clubhouse in Midhurst. B103 to 414, to 421, to 206, to 203, B trail, to Lake Couch. Some of the spots were bard covered and the fields were large clumps of dirt turned up. Took us 3.5 hours with a few breaks to take pics and have a smoke, Coming home today we took the B trail all the way and it was in much better shape with the exception of a few areas. We ran 244 km since yesterday or 536 miles. I discovered I loved running the lake yesterday and today even if I backed off at 100km, felt like I was giving myself whiplash. Pictures are posted on FB and now I'm off to bed as I'm whipped. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=155265&id=539025763&l=c199039a93
