soupkids
Finally heard from my insurance company regarding the total loss of my sled. Guess what, they are fixing it. Total bill is less than $2500. It was a welcome call to finally figure out WTF is/was going on.
revrnd
Too bad they couldn't have made that decision w/o putting you thru the wringer.

That seems to be an excessive amount of time to make such a simple decision. What is the expected duration of the repairs? Hope you are riding by February 1st. Thank you for being a Club Volunteer. soupkids
I'm riding it now and have been. Put almost 1k miles on it since it's bath. Damage is all cosmetic except for a frozen seat.
tricky
Congratulations Soup. When I saw your sled last week it looked good to me. I hope the long term electrical gremlins that some warned of never develop for you. A new seat and you should be good to go until your next scheduled upgrade. Happy trails! X2 on the electrical gremlins. Don't sign off on that issue. Water in bearing issues should be in question as well.
