  1. Wondering if our current events will have an effect on the big three and this years Snow Check? With the un-certainty of work shortages/stoppages across the continent will we see an extension of sorts? Perhaps some extra incentives? I say no, but I'd gladly eat crow on this one if any of them stepped up even to a small degree.
  2. Looking for Skidoo QRS Clutch Tower Brace BRP # 860200783
  3. By the same token, there are those that go beyond what is lawful and take matters into their own hands keeping people off trails/private property. There has been a FB Group post/thread with video of a land owner who has inserted t-bars and wire to keep people out. OPP were called out and a lot of banter as to whether or not it was actually township or the owners property. Some of the comments are.. well, they'll make you shake your head. We'll leave it at that. Regardless of which it is, some folk are having enough of others lack of respect when it comes to crossing property lines or utilizing a trail that goes through their property that isnt officially opened by the OFSC. Do they need to go as far as t-bar and wire or worse? No absolutely NOT Someone is going to get seriously hurt or worse. The ensuing lawsuit and media fallout will make it even worse for those that abide by the laws. Regardless of whether you ride trails, power lines, powder or d-bang, there will always be a few who ruin it for the masses...
  4. This has been in effect for a few decades with Game Wardens. Not sure if it will come to fruition in regards to this platform however.
  5. Apparently they just stow it while out riding under the tonneau cover. Would that be secure enough from theft? Probably as much so as a Load & Lift type thats under your vehicles tires. I'll see if I can find the ad again though. Local guy (2mins down the road from me) has a sled deck/ramp combination. I've watched him load before. It's nuts the angle and short ramp he has makes for a sketchy load, he's feathering that throttle alot going up. I'm not sure if a longer track sled would be easier or not. For reference he's loading up a Polaris RMK 155/163
  6. Saw on one of the FB Groups I belong to, someone came up with a folding variation of a loading ramp. Looked solid, but it was north of $1000 iirc
  7. See my post in "Rant of the Day" thread on this Speaking of convicted thieves.. seems to be quite a bit of post of machines starting to go missing lately on various FB Groups. Which.. leads me to wanna post another Rant or three
  8. Which is probably why these are close to the $500 range now..
  9. Hmm.. wondering if it's worth the cheaper expense given all of your reviews/findings
  10. Really? I was reading some of the online reviews that suggested otherwise I have been looking at another lift, but it's in the $475 range
  11. Princess Auto has some ramps and sled lifts on sale until Dec 29th in case anyone missed the Canadian Tire sale.
  12. Possible on my end. Work Sat aft/eve and will be late when i get in. See how much caffine I require to get moving..
