It's been an eye opener to see the contrast between the rich and privileged and the rest of us. Makes me laugh when I see these commercials on tv saying "We're all in this together"

I'm sorry but our politicians couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag let alone implement a plan like that. My brother believes in things like this and tells me dates it's going to be announced. Nothing ever happens and when I ask him why he just searches in line for the next great announcement.

I'm curious because our health unit has already vaccinated 30% of LTC residents with the first dose. If 80% of ICU patients are elderly then I would think the admissions should drastically reduce soon.

Has anyone found data on the age of patients in icu's?

Wife is on me about getting a quad or side by side instead. I don't enjoy it as much, but her argument is you get 5 or 6 months of use. Starting to lean towards her being right

If you are receiving chemo with a good chance of surviving your cancer, but have a weakened immune system due to it, then get covid and die because of it covid is absolutely the reason you died.

You also can't leave you house for non essential reasons, but non essential stores are being forced to close at 8pm. So I could get a ticket for going to their store?

Problem with the internet now is everyone thinks their a virologist or immunologist.

My uncle passed away 2 nights ago due to pneumonia but negative for covid. He was not counted in the death toll. No clue why so many people think this is happening. Believing everything they read on Facebook I guess.
