There are a lot of dark spots on the trail at our place so there isn't much thickness to the base. Its snowing now but never got to zero degrees before the snow started. I don't know if the base will go to ice or not with the snow covering it now before the colder temps.

It's got colder and we still have enough snow left. It won't take much new snow to open trails I don't think. They should all be ice now. I was out scraping my drive way last night. 

That's frustrating hopefully trees and branches stay away from trail this time 🙏. That's allot of clean up hours no doubt. Weather been crazy this year. Still no frost in allot of places too. 

It take a miracle now. We got a crap load of rain today. See what happens. Enjoy your trip 

I am sitting in an airport hotel waiting to fly to Costa Rica in the am and it is POURING RAIN in Toronto.        Hopefully we get the snow that is predicted for S Ontario and my sled season will begin when I get home    Fingers crossed.   🤞
