An early morning fire has destroyed the Glen Burney Lodge near Parry Sound.

Must be the case as I've never heard of it in all my years of collecting lodging info.

it was nice...  got to stay there this summer.    Owner was a strange dude, but had some cool stuff in and around the property, a fire pit made from a massive piece of Iron and some very old, and likely expensive guitars (believe he was a musician).  If he still has the guitars, somethins up....

Nothing is up he removes them every winter when he closes the lodge for the winter. It was closed for the winter at the time of the fire.
