Season too short for a sled now. When I was at delta St Mary's last week, they told me sleds are tough sell. They are drowning in used inventory over 80 in stock. No way they are going to move all that unless they get miracle from Mother Nature 😎

Another thing to consider going to Timmins is a nice spot too. Last time I started and stopped from bon aire. They have some really good rates, lots of trailer parking (charged me 10 dollars a day when I was last there for nights I didn't say there) gave me a parking receipt and they watch stuff 24 hours a day via office. Easy trail goes thru property, mikes resturant right next door. Easy access to gas too. Much easier then fighting parking at west way if you are going during a weekend. I go back for sure. Nice ride to Foylet and back for lunch too. Another thing to consider is gong to Dubrevuille for a night and staying with ski 👌. Relays magpie I think they call it, is a good spot to stay. I rather go there for a night then to turn around in hornepayne. Nice area to see. Trails are fantastic that way. They do take great pride in trails when snow is sufficient.

My other dealer Mc intoish is gone. All we have left are these big dealers and expensive show rooms to pay for. These four strokes take a few more parts too, ie oil, filter, have to take half sled apart to get at stuff. Ususlly do my own work but thought it be good to put it thru the shop every so often.

Anything is good we take it all. Super cold next week so we need some more snow before temps drop later in week.

I see that. I swear milverton went yellow and now it's red I notice. Not allot of options of where to go at moment. Even loop by Stratford not all open to complete. I wonder what Ellis swamp is like at moment.

Hopefully we can can get rest of January and all of Feb and half of March. Then I be happy with outcome of this season 🙏.

I went riding on my own property yesterday after a few passes, I was basically down to dirt in spots too. We couldn't believe how fast snow packs and condenses. These liquid sure eat it up to stay cool. Maybe have to go back to all fan sleds 😎, to save sport.

Decent amount but not allot compared to what they can get in a normal winter. How much snow is at cottage at moment?

I tried out fxr gloves today. Heat not easy to turn on and off by accident. Have to hold button for 4 seconds or so to turn off and on. They are very comfy and control I have versus mitts is steller. 25 percent off right now, which is a decent price. 3 year warranty that sold me on fxr ones. Don't need heat on while riding but great for stops or getting sled ready or fueling it with fuel. Wish I would have bought them a few years ago. So far I give them a 10 out of 10. On super cold days might need heat on low while riding, they do feel pretty thin but are warm. Not sure how they fair at minus 25 and below. if anyone ever buys these things I find you need to go up one size to have enough room for battery pack on inside of your arm. Need to put battery pack in them when sizing them 😎

The shop costs are insane today. I just took mine in for a checkup just did regular stuff, oil change, check this adjust that, etc, replaced battery, did chain case no major parts besides battery and some new relays, 1240 bucks 🤣. I hate to have to rebuild one of those e tech engines. Ekkkeee.

New snow will help my farm field but that's about it. It was pretty light fluffy stuff. I noticed Conestoga lake is closed. Maybe ice be ready in another week for a good rip anyone have any intel on it yet?

I thought they are good shocks, not hearing allot of complaints? Brp doesn't put great shocks on allot of thier sleds either especially adrenaline and trail models etc.

She got a new pair of boots today. They look nice and comfy. 😎

I have a box of them too. I just don't like them in my gloves. For boots they are nice. These will be much better. My wife has heated jacket she puts it on low it work most of the day on one of those re chargeable phone batteries.

Royal has them on sale for 25 percent off. Super comfy and I put them on heat is awesome. No more cold hands for first few miles while grips have to warm up.

Tough call but any yellow trails allows cause allot of attention on a weekend early in season.

Another tough start. How is looking up by cottage now? We need another 6" in most areas to he decent here in south. That's only for decent conditions. It take more then a foot to get them good with traffic we get. 🤣
