Just waiting for a speedo now. What is really suprising is that this is only 00025 of production. Yes, I know that each SKU will get a new VIN, but this was pretty basic 600XRS in black. Another guy I know got his exact sled in July and he has #6.

Without a VIN on a bill sale stating delivery date, there is no contractual obligation.

If was one of these guys I would just call it a year and re-group in 23.

Sled production ends on Jan 31. This is a firm date. They are getting everything built as complete as possible and letting the dealers "complete" them when the missing parts become available. If your sled isnt built on Feb 1, it is getting cancelled.

Just talked to my dealer on the phone. He knew all of his Machs were missing the knobs for the 7.8 gauge when they were shipped from BRP. Popped open the crates today and all of them are missing shocks as well. And to make things even better, my 600XRS is missing the gauge. FFS

Did you put the 7.8 gauge in? My dealer told me this am that he just received 6 Machs and all of them are missing the knob for the fancy gauge.

Feel bad for the guys who are still waiting for their new sled only to have it arrive and be told they cant pick it up. This stop sale will not be sorted out in a few days either. It could take a month to get new safety switches in stock at Polaris and then sent to dealers. There have been a few guys posting that they have had throttle sticking issues on the Mountain forums. Polaris legal dept will not let any new sleds be released until this is solved. Here is another conspiracy theory. What if this is Polaris' way of getting around not delivering sleds on time? They still have to build a pile of sleds and they can blame the supplier of the switch for any new delays instead of their own incompetence? They can just say that they arent shipping any more sleds to dealers until this issue is sorted out. It may buy them a few weeks.

I just got the call that my 600XRS has left Valcourt today. Hopefully it arrives in Barrie this week.

The only sleds that seem to be in jeopardy of not being built are 900T and R Enduros. My dealer has ship dates on all his remaining 22s with the exception of 900 Enduros. They have no dates beside them on his list from BRP.

2022 Skidoo production ends on Monday Jan 31. My dealer is hearing rumblings that orders may be cancelled altogether if the sled isnt built by then.

Havent been to 100 Lacs but have been to Mekoos a few times. Its a great spot!!

Just got off the phone the adjuster. Settled with them. Done - cheque in the mail. I am quite satisfied with the service and price offered. I will continue to deal with Desjardins and will recommend them to friends.

Dont take this personally but that trailer looks beat to f-ck. I think you needed a more commercial-use trailer than that one. What brand is it?

I asked the Desjardins adjuster about the 30 day thing and she said they assume its being parted out and will never be seen again. They just want to settle it and close the file. The gal on the phone was very pleasant and spoke English as her 1st language. That being said, I havent got a final settlement # back from them yet.....

I got the call from my dealer that the 22 MXZ600XRS that I ordered for my dad is built and waiting to be shipped from Valcourt so that is kind of good news? My sled insurer (Desjardins) said they hope to have a settlement figure to me by Friday for the sled. The trailer insurer said it will be end of next week before anything happens on their end.

Haha. I was up there last Feb with my dad and he said that the one guy working there reminded him of Joe Exotic.

With the lack of snow in Southern Ontario, I am sure the OFSC will have a unit on a trailer heading north this week to replace it.

The Seadoo guys have been waiting since last summer for their DESS posts so I would assume that they would get 1st priority.

The problem is that the storage company only keeps video for 72 hours and it appears that the sled was stolen a week ago. It is now coming out that the storage company had a break in last Wed and someone may have got access to the electrical panel which controls the electromagnets on the gates. In my opinion, the storage company should have informed everyone to check to see if their stuff was still in the yard, but they did not.

Mine was a 21.

My dealer said that he thinks he can come up with a replacement sled for me. It might not be an 850 XRS but there are more than a few guys bailing on their spring orders now. The problem is the trailer. He said absolutely zero chance of him replacing the trailer this season.

Heading to a clients today and drove past the gated storage compound in Stratford that I keep my sled and Triton TC167 and I dont see my trailer in the yard. I spin around and go into the compound to find that my 21 Renegade and 21 TC167 have been stolen sometime in the last week. I dont know whether to throw up or cry right now. Chances of replacing either at this point of the year are slim to nil. I know this is a knee jerk reaction, but at this point, I am almost ready to say f-ck it and be done with sledding altogether.

My gut tells me that this is one of their biggest expenses. I am sure that they pay some pretty big lease rates to the Band to park that trailer there.
