  1. Not yet... we need the frost in the ground before the snow covers it up.

  3. The AED's typically have audio step by step directions on use. At least all the ones we looked at when we bought one for our office.
  4. Last I heard the sales were up significantly about a week ago
  5. How much are you selling the extra passes for? Just kidding
  6. That's an understatement... I'm not important anymore. I was away on business Tuesday to Friday... the puppy ran from the house to the cab to greet me as fast as he could... the wife didn't leave the porch. If all goes to plan the permit will be on the sled this weekend
  7. If I'm not traveling I will likely make the drive... This part time working doesn't always coordinate well with my leisure life.
  8. Especially if you take it home from the show and they don't have to.
  9. Texas panhandle was getting snow a couple of days ago
  10. So far it's not looking good. I was away all week and got back late last night. I have been head down working on my reports for my customer for the two data centre assessments I did and hope to have one of the reports complete before I head to another site on Monday. I just may not make it to the show this year for the first time since I've been snowmobiling.
  11. Not impressed with Arizona at all. It's pretty local to us and tried it a couple of times
  12. https://lonestartexasgrill.com/locations - 930 Dixon Rd. Just a few minutes down the road from the show.
  13. I'm traveling until late Friday so for the first time will break tradition and go early Saturday morning.
  14. It has been reported that early permit sales are up 35% over the same time last year. If there are possibly any small delays perhaps they are volume related.
  15. I don't know if it is or isn't but it would be nice if reviewing the course material was free and if you needed the license and to take the test you would pay.
  16. I'm putting my money on Blake.... if there is snow to be found he will find it and ride it
  17. paid... some choose to donate their pay back to the clubs... they also have to provide a drivers abstract It's all about protection from liability.... same reason the groomers are now having dashcams and satellite tracking
  18. I only bought one permit this year. I'm just going to carry it in my tank bag and use it for both sleds. Just kidding. If her sled sells it's gone, if not or until then I'll go with day permits when appropriate. With a puppy and relying on motels for sledding she won't be riding again.
  19. Great news. The last time I was there was less than stellar. I asked about the on site restaurant and was told yes... got there and it was closed. TV wasn't working and there was nothing they could do since maintenance had left for the day. Promised it would be fixed while we were out riding. It wasn't and maintenance again wasn't available. No matter how hard you try things will go wrong. When that happens make it right. I'll be there this winter to support the new owners that support us.
  20. You can always use the trail permit gift card to lock in your pricing. I used Internet Explorer and didn't have a problem. If I recall correctly from the AGM the fulfillment house has changed to one located in the Toronto area in proximity of the Dixie and Eglington postal centre with daily deliveries there not only OFSC processing but their other customer processing as well.
  21. Try that with two cars you have.... good luck
  22. I ordered mine online and opened my email within seconds of the OFSC website saying my transaction was complete. The email was already there. The online process took about two minutes or less and was extremely easy to use. The longest toughest part was entering my credit card number and expiry date.
  23. Couldn't possibly be Canada Post could it. I have had mail sent from a few blocks away take longer to get here than a few provinces away and they both had the same postmark date
  24. Right now I'm torn... the wife says she is done with sledding. First thought was sell her sled even though it has less than 1,000 km on it. Second thought is keep it and use day permits when someone else wants to come along or when I'm looking for someone to ride so I'm not going solo which I'm not a fan of just in case something goes wrong.
  25. Congrats to you and the family Bill. The only businesses that thrive and grow are those that treat their customers right. Your customer service formula is working.
