Turbo Burgo
Thinking of heading up that way this weekend. Anyone know of any good places to drop where thinking of heading north to E and heading towards ottawa. Thanks There is a carpool parking lot on your left once you enter on to the 35 off the 115 while heading north. E108 runs right behind the parking lot. I have dropped there a few times and never had any problems. Lots of people drop here because it so conveneient. All of 10 minutes north of the 401. revrnd
Are you thinking of leaving your vehicle there for the weekend? For a few hours it wouldn't bother me, but I'd be hesitant to park there overnight.

revrnd
Did the clown w/ the ATV say anything about not knowing it was a sled trail ? How did the horses react to the sled? I've never encountered them while riding. A few years ago when I was partridge hunting in the Ganny some girls came along horseback riding (from near Pontypool). They seemed quite interested in how the hunting was. Didn't appear to be pissy about it. Conditions look good. Depending on the weather, I might bring the sled down for a ride next week before I put the sled away. That would be a 1st if my last ride of the season was south of 7. Go for it Chris, I'm sure you wont be dissapointed, just remember the gates at the east end leading to Bewedly have been close by request of the land owners, as there was bare spots in the field sections that caused a lot of sledders to go outside of the stake line. Horses are usually fine with sleds as long as you stop well before coming to them and allow the rider to prep for the horse for your passing.
