Just wondering if Lake Simcoe has frozen completely over yet? If so, what are the conditions in the middle?

This is daily sat images but you need a clear day to see the surface. Also just because it looks frozen does not mean it is

I'm on north simcoe and chopped a hole about 30 feet out from shore and there was 3 inches of ice

Thanks for the Info. I guess we will need a lot of cold nights to get it thick enough for snowmobiles.

See a few guys ice fishing near our Cottage, but i would definalty say it's not safe..

U got it Viperules700.. Then they complain when they get a bill in the mail for a rescue..
