revrnd
We just did that last week. My records show 99 miles from La Sarre to Cochrane. We were @ 270 miles in La Sarre, 292 miles in La Reine & 387 @ the Esso = 117 miles to La Sarre or 95 miles to La Reine (no gas there). I can verify it later w/ my GPS tracks. revrnd
I should've mentioned in my earlier post that we filled up @ a Ultramar on the south end of town. Before we left for the trip I checked some gas company websites & there are several in La Sarre. Crappy Tire lists a gas bar on the north edge of town (south of TQ93). revrnd
The GPS says 114 miles from the south end of La Sarre to Cochrane. I was told a couple of years ago that the only station in La Reine (right on the Ont./PQ border) burned down. La Sarre is a pretty quick ride by trail (well marked old railbed).
