Be sure to say Hi What do you need volunteers for? - We are always welcoming new members on the Executive (webdesign specialist, other positions available if someone would like to join!) - Volunteers to make phone calls to members from a club list, on behalf of the Executive reminding of Club Events etc periodically throughout the year (this can be done from home ) - Volunteers to help out at WING NIGHTS and pre Cook Wed before Wing Night (vegetable prep, serving, cooking, saucing wings, opening/setup or closing/clean up) (Great opportunity for High School Students looking for volunteer hours) - Vounteers to sign up for ONE (1) 6 hr shift per year to work in the clubhouse on weekends Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Non-snowmobilers AND Snowmobilers. Smart Serve Training and Certification provided. (This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn't snowmobile however still interested in joining the snowmobile community or someone retired from snowmobiling and still desires the feeling of "belonging with the snowmobile gang".) - Events ie card nights grill cooker training provided OPEN HOUSE Volunteer Opportunities: 1) Phone Callers pre Open House from own home 2) Table attendants 1:45 - 4:15 - sales table, registration and sign up table 3) Hot Dog Cooker needed at 1:00 pm before the Open House until 3:00 pm 4) Hot Dog Server (will be served from outside tent) 2:00 - 3:00 pm 5) Clean up Crew - take down tents, tables, assist takedown of displays 4:00 - 4:30 6) Misc helpers as required Many hands make light work!
