Polaris only offered 3 year warranty. All deprecating don't matter what it is. I priced out a new 26, but bought same sled for about half cost of a new one with 1800 km's on it. I think I just keep buying low km 2 to 3 year old sleds and trade every couple of years.

Just want to move them this time of year. That's normal deprication for a two stroke it seems after 3 seasons and average km's they worth half orginal cost basically

Not quitting yet,my collection growing again ð. I am hoping I can find a few people to ride with next year. I am just not spending 20 plus k to ride 8 times a year. trying some new technology and see how I like this Polaris. I am keeping skidoo as a back up farm trail sled too for now.

Not perfect most of rust on springs turned out to be surface rust. Most of it wiped off. Oil it good be fine. Used low km machine. No rust in hood compartment. Price was right and be interesting to try 650 with 7S. Has extra seat for my son. His mom will enjoy riding this lighter sled I think. We see next winter. Chance to try it and see how we like it, without losing my shirt on deprication side.

I won't bother 650 pretty good snowmobile I think. Has more then 700 miles so should be broke in now ð

Feel better I didn't buy an xc now anyways ð Tell them engine went in your mini car and you need a flat bed to pick you up ðĪŠ

Just not going to bother sled only has 1800 km's so should be good for a few years, then I trade it. That's plan

That's trick to have a diverse portfolio. A good portfolio will create cash via dividend during bad times. As long as those companies don't go broke you get cash from those payments to keep up with times.

I had a random nigera fellow show up here last year. Started to look around. Seen him on camera's. Walked right past house. When I encountered him he looked a little startled. Told me he was looking for a job. Told him boss isn't hiring. Also said if you come back, I won't be firing blanks in air no more. Amo too expensive to waste it again. Never came back ð

That's exactly right. buy more when it's down. I bought nivida Everytime it went down. I made over a quarter million dollars on it and I took my intial cost out, plus profit. I cashed out some at 435, 700 ish and left rest in. It's worth 1120 dollars before spilt now. I still have over 125 k of profit in stock to take but I wait for it to go to 250 or 300 and double my money again picked up some CSU a few weeks ago on sale already rebounded about 7 percent. Still money to be made just have to take some risk Out of all stocks I own maybe only one or two I should have sold. Rest are hold and go along for ride. If you panic and cash out all time you won't get any where in life

Anyone have any experience with this company for after market warranties. This is what dealer is saying thanks We deal with third party company called KM+ Good pricing and we had good experiences with them 5000$ Per claim 11000$ max ( Price of the machine) 1 year 1146$ + taxes 2 year 1260$ 3 year 1490$ 4 year 1834$ 5 year 2064$ There are options for double amount per claim and partial refund if not used if looking at long term warranty if ever!

I have a small deposit on it to hold it. I got a fair deal on it. Too far away to go look at it. Either I have to pay them something to fix it now or roll dice and use it way it is or have a dealer here fix it. They said they look at it and call me back. That's negative after a few days.

That makes sense, thank you.

Only way to find out to go look at it. Only one spring looks rusty rest of sled looks good from what I can see in pictures. You think if it was on an open trailer the front springs and shocks would be rusty too. I agree that salt brine and sand gets into everything. My idler bearings last now too haven't changed one. Shocks last because sand not getting into rod seals. I only use enclosed trailer now too. When you are buying used have to take good with bad. The guy who traded in this sled traded four in and other three I could see pics from looked good. I highly doubt it was in an open trailer but I don't know for sure. This is last one from group he traded in that they have left.

Spring is replaceable. Nothing else appears rusted in pics except that spring. Just one side too. I just have to go for a drive and if I don't like it, I buy plan b sled new on way home. Looks fine otherwise except guage has some water spots on it. Not sure if that's permanent or not.

I know my 2017 skidoo has no rust either. I am just trying to figure out if it's normal for a sled with 1794 kms to have rusty springs its a 2023
-
Rusted on top of torsion spring. Arm looks ok from pics I can see. One sides rusted and other side ok. No other visible rust on sled.

I just bought a used snowmobile from a Polaris dealer. 2023 Polaris adventure 137. A friend mentioned it has rusty torsion springs in pics. Would you work out something with dealer to get them changed out? Is it a safety concern? They claim it's just cosmetic but said they re look at it and get back to me about out. Any advice?

Sounds like an awesome ride. They just closed a160C south of town because River crossing ice isn't stable anymore they said too. Signs are up. Still can go around on A so no biggie yet.

Bancroft got a good dumping too.

I read reports that some put new pumps in 2025 already. 2026 supposed to redesign it so pumps don't fail?

Yes everything going to slow down. Affecting me too. USA not suppling us with hatching eggs they are required too under current free trade agreements. We plan for and take 21 percent of their hatching eggs for our Canadian chick supply. Now they aren't meeting obligation and we are short on hatching eggs, which results in a chick shortage. I got cut 4 percent this time. This is only tip of ice berg. They could cut us off completely and then just ship chicken here because we have no way to ramp up breeder flocks in next year either.

I use to get a new one every 3 to 4 years too. Hard to find anyone that will do a 2 or 3 day trip now. Hopefully next year I can get 1000 km plus trip in ð.
