  1. How about this one? https://www.mobilemarine.com/inventory/2016-arctic-cat-zr-9000-el-tigre-129-huntsville-on-p1h-1y1-12096457i
  2. Looks pretty good, but wouldn't it be just as easy to put down a few ski and track guides?
  3. No, I wish I did though. The sled overall looks great and like you, I find it an interesting sled. Doo to me are the least exciting right now
  4. Coat is approaching 30 years old! that is wild to me lol
  5. I can see/appreciate how insanely dangerous that could be.
  6. Offer them $5,300.00 and get it done. Chump change and you have a sled to ride
  7. That's what I wasn't sure about. I haven't looked at mine in a very long time - but the old school in me still always has Polaris and Cat ( analog ) gauges in miles given US built - and it drove me nuts back in the day to see advertised KM when they were only in miles back then lol
  8. Aren’t Cat gauges in miles and/or hours, not KM’s?
  9. The bolded part seems a little fishy to me
  10. The math has to work for me. if the interest rate and interest paid over a set time is less than the interest I can make on the cash by putting it somewhere other than my sock drawer in the same time, I will make money on my cash instead.
  11. There is nothing wrong with financing things if the rates make sense, toys included.
  12. I have heard the old saying, "you can't put a price on fun" - I would say that customer can - and it's $10,000.00 lol
  13. At a great price for someone looking to get back into the market!
  14. Well if you enjoy wrenching on them as much or more so than riding - then I'm not sure why you're at all concerned about mileage or anything to do with any current or recent model year 2 strokes.
  15. Here is one for you. https://aberfoylepowersports.com/New-Inventory/adid/32743121/2023-Arctic-Cat-NEW-ZR-6000-137-QS3-1.25-ES-SUPER-SALE-%2B-EXTENDED-WARRANTY-Puslinch-ON/
  16. I hear ya on the spine crackers. I still wear a kidney belt when I am riding - not sure if it helps at all other than in mind - but we do what we do - it's a physical activity and is what it is.
  17. You would have every bit as much fun on that sled as anything new Plus you get to smell the 2 stroke - which is undeniably one of the best aroma's out there.
  18. For sure, just about everything has changed and costs are out of hand at every turn. The in-consistent weather puts a bigger emphasis on the costs. If the snow is great and winters are cold, I would never take a second to look at the costs, having fun is number 1. i was telling my son how grandpa and I would sled down the lake on a Sunday morning to get breakfast, the “Hungryman”, it was $7.00 for bacon, 3 eggs, 3 sausages, toast and hash browns!
  19. Well, while I was rifling through some of the stuff I have around ( see pic in last page ) - I did come across the bill for my 2004 Pro-X 600, $9,475.00 pre-tax/trade-in value I'm out of the loop on today's pricing - but I think it's gone up a bit over the 11 years?
  20. Pretty much like seeing a unicorn out in the wild. Just run studs Not sure why people need to keep trying to re-invent the wheel.
  21. I would say we get a bit of everything throughout a winter season - it's not all all table top snow cover conditions, that's for sure.
