Yes, beware. The customer rep I spoke with kept saying in an arrogant tone to take it up with the dealer. Dealers are private franchises we can’t help you. I asked what if I have a dispute with the dealer? Who helps then, he actually said it’s not BRPs problem, that’s for you and the dealer to resolve. Complete arrogance. Can’t imagine if there was a claim to resolve. SUCK IT TREBEC.

If the dealer can find a buyer for it he will refund me the $1000 deposit out of his margin. BRP ultimately gets to keep the initial $1000 from spring order, CROOKS. Dealer is pissed at BRP.

In the Polaris instance I am asking as it is a simple way to be safe if the throttle has issues as per the recall. As for the BRP tether, the issue is theft and insurance. If the DESS is knowingly faulty from the factory then some onus should be put on the manufacturer.

Yeah, my dealer said my sled was in but without skis. Had the audacity to suggest I go to Royal and purchase a set of C&As in order to get it out the door and into my hands lol. Excuse me but I purchased a complete sled

BRP could care less.

Technically, the dealer is not supposed to release the sled to the buyer until it is 100% complete.
