We did 200km run Wednesday.

Trail B110 North, old rail bed, has lots of gravel coming through until you hit Amaranth 15 sideroad. After that it gets better and better as you get closer to Shelburne. B110 is good from there to Dundalk. Took the 325(good)to the 803. 803 to B111 is a little rough and some road running but there was just enough snow on them. Took the B111 from Feversham to Singhampton(very good). B111 from Singhampton to 606(very good except the road run thru Singhampton).606(good) to 505(which is not on the OFSC trail map but is on District 8 map). 505 to B109(very rough, marginal conditions). B109 back to Orangeville(conditions vary from fair to very good). There was enough snow on most of the road running. Overall, considering the one day warm up on Tuesday, the trails were very good. Kudos to the clubs as we saw a few groomers out trying to rectify the previous days warm weather!

Thanks for the report yamadan700. Did the area receive any of the lake effect snow that was blowing around today?

Was working all day yesterday and got home late last night. Looks like we received at least 2-3 inches of snow during the day. It should help the old rail line(B110) out a bit. I think it needs another 4-6 inches before there is enough to cover the rocks and gravel.
