We rode up to Temagami from North Bay Saturday, climbed the tower, and decided it was time for lunch. We were just going to go to the restaurant at the PetroCan, but people at the tower suggested Temagami Shores. I had stayed there some 20yrs ago a couple of times, but didnt think about them having a restaurant. So headed that way. Talked with the new owner (like less than a month ago he took it over) and he was a younger guy from Tillsonburg who is a sledder as well. Made some suggestions to him about signs saying they serve food (he already had them ordered) as the signs on the trails do not indicate that, and talked a bit about the place. Food was excellent, and we wished him the best, and next time north we would definitely make it a destination for a saddlebag stop. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
