Claire Voyant Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 The key word here is "previously" the Mattagami Motel.....property is under new ownership and has been completely renovated. Another plus: it is off the highway and much quieter at night. Also in very close walking distance to several restaurants and bars and a Mac's convenience store. The property's reviews on Trip Advisor look good....and the manager has responded to every one. The map on the Kap Sno-Rovers FB page might be a bit deceiving, but the distance off the TOP A and Highway 11 is very short.... He is an enthusiastic supporter of the Northern Corridor and we would like to see him do well this winter. Anyone who's had to solicit sponsors for Trail advertising or maps knows how hard it is to get them to repeat if there's no return on their business.
