Dan-Senior Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 We rode Iron Bridge, Thessalon, Bruce Mines and Wharnclife trails today. Plenty of snow, Trails were smooth, flat and freshly groomed for Iron Bridge, Thessalon and Bruce Mines. Wharncliffe is nasty rough! There's logging east of Wharncliffe and the trail is graded. The west trail coming into Wharnecliffe from Mckinnon Creek is packed only. So there is plenty of boucing around on ice and solid ground. Lots of Deer in Iron Bridge. Dan-Senior Posted February 4, 2013 Author Share Posted February 4, 2013 UPDATE; We went back through Wharncliff on the next day and good news, the west side is now nicley groomed, so it was a enjoyable ride right from Wharncliff to Bruce Mines.
