Lots of westbound traffic in the morning. When we were heading west ourselves didn't meet any sleds. Chatted w/ a couple of guys @ the Fauquier turnoff who had done a day ride out of Cochrane.

Tomorrow's plan is to head west towards Opaz on TOP A, run L123 back to Moonbeam & then do L125 in the opposite direction.

    :(

Then return to Kap and load up.

    More :(

We are planing to take the L123 to the TOP A towards Opaz from Moonbeam and continue on to Hearst tomorrow, I’ll keep an eye out for you guys.

Interesting,  back to cable style throttle, and electric reverse.  Hmmmmm.  900Ts anyways

Cable activated iTC, and I’ve read that there is a de-tuned 900t @ 130hp that may be in the MXZ, just not on the site yet?? It was in the Snowgoer article

My new 2022 Sled ArcticJC. Im ordering one...

Sweet sled... I want one too!!!

Looks like the 900T R motor will be offered in other Renegade models also.  600R in an XRS Renegade for ‘22 also.  Good job DOO.... I liking the new models:right_on:

The 900T, was never made to compete with the 998. Period. Now, if they put the internals out of the SXS, in the sled 900T, look out 998 boys...

Looking forward to all the speculation until next weeks news :icon_munching:and BNG on the cat sleds :rotflmao:

Either way I’d love to try a 900T, maybe demo rides will be back next season.

To answer your question, no, he has not done any as of yet. He has had a few inquiries,  and is working towards doing one to perfect the template and fitting..

Wrap looks awesome TD!! Love the idea of a wrap as it easy enough to remove or switch up and keep things fresh.   I have another Mission helmet (my brothers who live in the US and won’t be riding this season) sitting at the house that your wrap guy could use to aid in the design of a wrap for one.  Lots of guys with Mission’s out there.... could be profitable for him.

Turbo Doo finally convinced me to join the Ontario Conditions Forums, after many years of staying in the shadows. Hoping to share more of a female snowmobiling viewpoint. Been sledding for many years with Turbo Doo, and remembering a few conversations with Mr Sledjunk, with him encouraging me to join the forums, here I am.  We both know he would have loved to have been around to see this. Looking forward to posting stuff, meeting some of you fellow OC Members, and of course, keeping Turbo Doo in line around here..:wavey:

    Welcome Mrs. TD!!

I sold my 2010 for $700 more then I paid 3 years ago in one day. I doubt the prices will stay high into next fall, but wouldn't count on getting a brand new sled. My 2010 mxz had 10,000km on it and I got $5400 for it, you would make out way better selling private

Poo Man, any regrets on the sale?  Not trying to potentially throw salt on a wound but conditions have been pretty good around you.  I briefly had thoughts about selling but couldn’t bring myself to do it.  Happy I didn’t as I’ve been out  riding them.

When you pick up another sled I look forward to finally heading out for a ride with you:cheers:

    @Turbo Doo @stoney Nice pics!

Not a long ride today, met about 10 sleds besides the 2 idgits I almost took out w/ the truck.

Only one oh $hit moment when rider was wrong side over crest on corner....

    Gloves worked well too!

Nice pics :right_on: looks like a beautiful day for a ride!!

Started off at snow voyager club house, took B103C to 414 to B112B, Oro rail line was smooth all the way to Orillia, jumped on lake couchiching “B” trail, lake was also flat n fast, B105C was good and flat all the way to cold water, C to Waubaushene was good, C after Waub to Barrie was a bit bumpy,

Didn’t expect to see that many sleds out, was very very busy, once we left Waubaushene the snow squalls were picking up and at times visibility was brutal so we decided to head back down.

Nice loop!!   Watching the Barrie news this evening they showed the C trail through Elmvale and it looked very busy.  Nice you got out! I hope to Monday :icon_dance-cpatch:

Trails were very busy today, all parking lots were at almost full capacity, groomers have their work cut out lol..

I had been seeing some other Oxygen Helmet owners post over on Dootalk.com about having their helmets wrapped. I liked some of the ideas.  I tend not to be into this kinda stuff,  but sitting around in covid lockdown kinda got me thinking a bit. Chatted with a local Gentleman that does vinyl stuff etc. He actually has done a few wraps on oxygen helmets.  So he came up with this design for me. He is currently working on a design for Mrs. Turbo Doo,  but has got the initial design done for mine. This being his first 2XL sized Oxygen Helmet,  i think he has done a darn good job. Some pictures to share. We may do some tweaking of the design yet, as the wrap is easier to remove then it is to install.  After we perfect mine, and Mrs. Turbo Doos,  i will ask him if he wants his contact info shared..
