timmer8uno Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Thanks for any help in advance.. Never been north of North Bay so looking at 4 day blast...This is for next Saturday Start. Day 1 Find somewhere to stage in Ellesmere hopefully on trail by 11am (long trailer ride) and go to Kirkland lake. Day 2 Kirkland lake to Cochrane and stay in Timmins Day 3 make it to a place called Capreol (it is suppose to have hotel and food). Day 4 to Ellesmere and trailer it home.. Days 1 to 3 look to be 300 to 400 km last day looks under 200. If it is not possible we could go to New Liskeard day 1 and skip Cochrane on the 2nd day. revrnd Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 Where is Ellemere? Rocky's is the only place north of Capreol that has lodgings (not sure about this season). You might want to head eastward off TOP C onto C206D/STP#78. The Sportsman's & Pine Falls lodges are both on this route to TOP D.
