Yukon Posted November 14, 2010 Share Posted November 14, 2010 Last week we had a crew out to cut about a 500m section of new trail which will get us off Muskoka Rd 33 and will take us along to the dump where we can cross the road and rejoin the trail. , just at the top of 6 Mile Lake to allow us to get off the road... The District was kind enough to give us Land use Permission so that we could make it safer for the Cars and our Riders.... The group last we was able to bang off this section in 3 hours and just yesterday I met up with our Trails Director 6milehi just off Muskoka Rd 33 and here is the progress we've made on the trail... A huge thank-you goes out to Tom Braun of Falling Leaf Inc for not only spending the day pulling stumps for us , but donating his time a Machinerary for the day , Simply awesome..... Big Props to the volunteers who made it out for this project they include- 6milehi our hardworking Trails Boss , Matt K, Delk, Capt Mike, Bud, and Big Jim Rowntree..... Thanks guys!
