KTMDave
Longlac to Hillsport, to Hornpayne, to Hearst. Can this be done in a day
vipers
You are looking at about a 240 mile day or so. Yes you can do it, but I wouldn't be getting too late of start so you can get in to Hearst at a decent time. But I think it is very much dooable though. Good luck and ride safe! KTMDave
Thanks for the help. I went from kap to Longlac a couple of years back and then from Longlac to Hornpayne but got caught in a blizzard so I don't know how long it is from Long Lac to Hornpayne Via Hillsport. Is Gas still availble in Hillsport? Dave
AkronOrange
Gas is available in Hillsport. I know that it is available at the Hillsport Wilderness Lodge and I think it is available at the Hillsport Hilton. Both phone #'s are available on the web or from Klotz Lake. Hearst to Longlac would be a long day. I have done Hearst to Hillsport, it was snowing and the trails were not marked too well. Longlac is 90 miles from Hillsport. If you have the time stay in Hillsport for the night. The next day you can ride to Klotz Lake and/or do the Nakina/Greenstone Loop. Good Luck, AO
