The last couple years have seem to be Hydro one issues in that area and never a deal being reached until weeks into the season. Last season there was the Smooth Rock Falls Arctic Riders debacle, and it seems Land owner agreements up the Smooth Rock Falls side seem to rear their ugly head once in a while also...
