At that point, they are jeopardizing the sustainability of the trail system unless they ABSOLUTELY KNOW that they are on crown land. Incidentally, not all hydro lines are crown land. Bang on... I've heard people say they were just playing around along the hydro tower line... meanwhile those hydro towers are standing in farmers planted fields.
