sledjunk Posted March 4, 2008 Share Posted March 4, 2008 I am heading up to Maynooth this weekend to ride Friday and Saturday. Is anyone else interested in meeting up for a ride? We are arriving late Thursday (staying at Algonquin Lodge on Lake St. Peter) and hope to get a couple of good days in. I am also open to suggestions for a good route to cover 200 - 300 Km per day. ipgreen Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 Hey, just spent a week up there..........all trails are A1, they just got a pile of snow.......grooming as we speak.....my dad is a groomer operator for mlss, he is out right now. A good route for friday.....up to Whitney, over to Haliburton, to harcourt, and back to Lk st Peter. Cant think of all the trail numbers, but that is a good run. Saturday head up to the Barry's Bay area......less traffic, trails are not beat up as bad. Wilno Tavern is a great stop for lunch. Hope this helps.
