  1. Plenty of snow around Novar and Sprucedale. I see that some have been running the Seguin Trail. Not much happening at the hotel.
  2. Great to see you guys getting out. Reevester, are there any backroads worth checking out? How's Yearley Road?
  3. 96.5 kms running around beautiful downtown Housey's Rapids, with the requisite visit to Summerland General Store for some delicious pizza. Caught up with Slow Touring Guy at the gas pumps.
  4. Great to have you contributing to the forum, Toyman. Ride safely.
  5. 1200 Enduro wouldn't start. Put the BRP battery on trickle charge, and rode the Cat. Chilly enough to get a nice white patch of freezer burn on the triple chin. Even so, water is still flowing in some places.
  6. Thought I should revive this thread. I tried some of the earlier links to see if they still work. Haliburton Forest Base Camp camera now uses a new link: https://www.haliburtonforest.com/live-webcam-basecamp-haliburton-forest/ PS: Denis, would you mind slipping over to the Hearst Municipal Airport to wipe the snow off the lense? 7. Might as well ride when we can.
  8. Port Sydney again. Thank you to Muskoka Man for the parking tip. 37 kms.
  9. I enjoy putting on and removing my sledding costume, just for fun.
  10. Parked at the SnoVoyageurs groomer building on C Trail.
  11. It snowed quite a bit around Barrie last night, but I guess urban activity dictates that roads must be plowed and salted. The best place I could find today was the Anten Mills neighbouhood, where I putted around for half an hour, until I ventured too close to a busier road and got my first slush bath of the season. All part of the fun.
  12. Most fun I've had since April 30th. Running backroads around Port Sydney. Thanks to Muskoka Man for his report on snow conditions.
  13. Click the three horizontal lines at the top right corner of your screen. When the little window pops out, click the little "word bubbles" icon (like those you'd see in a comic strip). Click the "Compose New" button. Start keying in "Domino" as the "to" person.....etc.... Domino is the master of this site and will set you up with sponsorship details.
  14. wundermap See the menu on the right. Deselect everything except webcams. Zoom in and out and pan around the province. Click on the small webcam images. https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap?lat=45.056&lon=-79.509&zoom=13&tl.play=0&tl.spd=2&viewportstart=now-3881&viewportend=now-281&groupSevere=1&groupHurricane=1&%3BgroupFire=1&groupCamsPhotos=1&groupRealEstate=1&eyedropper=0&extremes=0&fault=0&favs=0&femaflood=0&fire=0&%3Bfirewfas=0&fissures=0&fronts=0&hurrevac=0&hur=0&%3Blabels=0&lightning=0&livesurge=0&mm=0&ndfd=0&rad=0&dir=1&dir.mode=driving&sst=0&sat=0&seismicrisk=0&svr=0&ski=0&snowfall=0&stateLines=0&stormreports=0&tor=0&tfk=0&tsunami=0&riv=0&wxsn=1&wxsn.mode=tw&wxsn.opa=50&wxsn.bcdgtemp=0&wxsn.rf=1&wxsn.showpws=1&cams=1&pix=0

  18. GRAVENHURST The former Country Squire Inn is now the Gold Pine Inn Motel and Mr. Moose Restaurant.
  19. KILWORTHY : Inn Among The Pines has been sold a few times, twice in the past year. Although it was once a motel, the units were converted into permanent apartment suites a few years ago. It will never be open again as a place to be booked for short term stays.
