Anyone have the CYT Trunk Bag on their BRP? I'm thinking about this bag, modified a bit. A couple of pockets up top, with at least one of those having some MOLLE straps to add a small bag. Seem to come in different colors. I would also want the inside a bright color and I'm also interested some side bag(s) that buckle on for the week trip.

Wondering if anyone has used their kit?

    Thanks

Hopefully that doesn’t change on you. I find lots of broken promises on most equipment or power sports delivery dates now. They just blame covid and push dates out. I waited an extra 3 months on zero turn I bought last October. Dealer never did get it. Good luck and hope to see your new sled pictures before xmas, cheers.

You seem to have a hard time getting over a lawn mower.

Good thing you didn't order anything life threatening...

Go buy some goats and get over it...

I haven't been up to the albiti canyon, but isn't that something similar up there?

    Canyon is easy access.

    Road  is ploughed..

Half way is you own and operate you own grader to maintain the road..

    Quite a different story..

Hopefully it is open this winter..

again... who is going to pay for, build, and maintain this "new facility"? and follow all the gov't rules for fuel storage, and sales?

the biggest hurdle at halfway, is getting someone to commit to "living there", maintaining the place, and being available 24-7 for guests that may or may not show up. all while living under a high tension power line/hydro power corridor, while living off grid, on generator power. while being 50 miles from the nearest store, civilization, on poorly maintained gravel roads.

it is just not sustainable for the average person. Ski

Well said ski.  Most people have no idea what the planning of just one week of operation would involve I  running that lodge.

As far as the dream of a card lock.

Call wily Wonka and dream on.

Be a shame to see the loop close again but its reality..

I could've used it a couple of times this winter doing day trips & wanting to avoid filling up on the trail.

Our longest tour was 12 days.

Never had a  fuel light come on.

But wifes like to pee and have a soup for lunch on big tours.

I'm sure they have there place.

Borrowing a friend's small gas caddy to see how it fits. I've sorted out the stuff I carry so this bag will be OK down here.

I'll keep the SR21 bag for trips up north.

    Just checking..

All these people who carry gas. Do you ever use it?

I found it always ended up getting poured into to summer toy?

Did the can on tour for a number of years and never needed or used it?

I was up that way in October. It appears that there aren't any trail changes in the area of the 69/522 intersection (if the season resumes). C105D connects w/ TOP C east of Hwy 69 and then passes under the highway at the CN tracks.

This may change in the future as Hwy 69 is rerouted thru the area & CN has built a new alignment for their tracks.

Better look at a map closer.

C trail goes up near port loring now and follows c105d back to 69 to meet the old c trail..

I'm afraid that we may see too much of this. A lot of new riders and/or cottagers that have never used their cottages in the winter. "Oh looks the lake's froze over..."

Or the ones on their 4 wheeler thinking it was groomed for them as they have never been out of the city in the winter before....

The last place I want to be is a.mall. people were waiting an hour at the Pickering Town Centre to shop. Is there a grocery store there?

We went to Bancroft this morning.

Enough for me for a long time.

I cant imagine going to a city.

Freezer is full of beef and venison.

Wont be going to far with all all the idiots on the loose..

No, no, no....it won't be extended.  The 72 hour rule solves everything.

"Canada will stop incoming flights from the U.K. for 72 hours to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus strain, according to a statement from Health Canada."

    Sad isn't it..

    Hopefully things slow up quickly..

I had a 74 Mercury Comet which had a large emblem midway between the tail lights that was the gas cap. Same with the Ford Maverick and the Mustang.

Not sure you should include a Comet and Maverick  in the same post as a mustang..

    Just don't seem right.

    But I get it..

68 Camaro was the same. And multiple others..
