I was out for a ride from Beausolei to Present Island via Midland ice trail , and I noticed 2 pressure cracks starting about 3/4 of the way out from beausolei this past weekend . They may pop up this week with the expected cold on wednesday and thursday nights so be careful! They are going right across the stake line. Dogan Posted February 26, 2008 Share Posted February 26, 2008 We rode through that area this past Saturday and the trails are in good shape. The ice trails are all staked but they are quite rough due to frozen slush. We also noticed a number of large cracks developing in the ice.
