b-bry
Just got back from a couple of days of sledding, mostly Six Star trails, some South Seguin. Yesterday morning the freshly groomed trails were beautifully smooth & firm. By afternoon, the rising temps exposed a few bare patches, but nothing serious. All in all, a great weekend. Hopefully there might be one more, but I'm not holding my breath. When I parked my new sled today, the odometer read 1000.0 miles (not km). Mind you, I had to drive part way around the lake once to get it exactly there, but I did it. Adding the miles from the old sled in January, I managed a bit over 1200 miles for the season. Six Star and South Seguin have some awesome trails and a fine grooming operation - my compliments to everyone involved!
